MELIFLOR TOV ("Meliflor", "we") trades grain, seeds, feed, dairy products, eggs and edible oils wholesale, acts as a trade agent, and provides road freight and cargo handling. This policy explains how we process personal data of farmers, buyers, producers and drivers, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Farmers and sellers
For individual farmers and entrepreneurs we process name, tax number, farm location, bank details, contracts, quality results of their lots and payments. Tax numbers are required to report payments to individuals.
3. Agency principals and counterparties
When we act as an agent, we share the seller's or producer's business details with potential buyers only after the principal approves, and only what is needed to negotiate the deal.
4. Food traceability
For dairy, eggs and oils we keep records of suppliers, batches and customers so that products can be traced and recalled if needed.
5. Drivers and transport
Our drivers' employment data, licences and working time records, vehicle GPS during working hours, and transport documents.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, food safety, transport), legitimate interests (counterparty checks, cargo security).
7. Recipients
Buyers and sellers in a deal, laboratories, elevators and port terminals, the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection where required, banks, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Contracts and payments: as required by tax law.
- Traceability records: shelf life plus 2 years.
- GPS data: 12 months.
- Enquiries without a deal: 12 months.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
